Now how to put the right title for this?

Holy cowabunga! My-oh-me-oh-mi-oh-my! No way, teeter-totter! What can I say baby, baby???

Now I have just mentioned some of my expressions. Why am I feeling like this? You see, by the time I decided to drag my cute ass to type or perhaps "blog" right here, I have many things to post in mind. But you see, everytime that I'm online I always visit first hand WWE.com, FRIENDSTER.com (but not in this case), OBSESSEDWITHWRESTLING.com, GOOGLE.com, YAHOO.com, and finally... NBA.com.

Now it's a sudden rush of excitedness that flushed my body all over and everything that I planned retake a break as I saw a breathtaking, at the very least, news. NBA.com showed me news as usual, and today I think was something normal, or extraordinary as a better term. I saw the score boards and saw a catchy 152-149 2OT Sonics win over the Suns, of which I believe was the highest combined point total by two teams, I sure wish I was able to catch that one.

But then I browsed the scoreboards again, then I saw that the Lakers, one of my favorite teams, have pulled off yet another win. Well I smiled, thinking that they'll be good and hopefully better as time goes by. But more importantly, something has been brought to my attention.

The slide show images.

"Love the 80s", it said.

In an image beside it Kobe lays up the ball on the board from a top cam angle.

But beside the image brings better news. I thought the title meant that Kobe put on a show like that of the 1980's Showtimers, but heck I'm wrong. Because the title in fact indicates that...

KOBE SCORED 81 POINTS.

Whoa! What the!? (there goes my expressions again) Are you kidding me? No I'm not. That's right, the second highest single game score by a player, behind Wilt Chamberlain's 100 point performance. And more importantly, my favorite NBA player. Now who's to say he can't reach the status of "those" stars, the likes of Jordan (whom he's often compared to), Bird(my all-time favorite, but that is likely to change over time), Johnson, Abdul-Jabbar, Chamberlain, Russell, among all other legends. If he wasn't able to reach MJ's plateau the first time (when he got 62 over just 3 periods), this time he surpassed it even, and all the more penetrated the realms of the legendary scoring machine Wilt "The Stilt" Chamberlain, another Laker. As a matter of fact, before I even read the news piece highlighting it, I typed this one due to severe excitement. Well, what can I do? Kobe just got me carried away again.

Hey, I have to say ta-ta, I have to wade through it more. If you are amused so much that you can't believe it, you can check out the site yourself. Kobe Bryant is the man, the best player in the whole wide world today, believe it or not. I'm just wishing him the best of his career because I know even more can come up, and one more advice: "Control your ego!"

But man, I'll always be an on-court impersonator of your game, and a fan of course.

P. S. Now what Jigo? You said 62 was the last? Guess what? You're wrong.

You just have to believe. I did. After all,

"Just believe in yourself!"

is my motto. (Well, not validly applicable to this one, but I believed that this is what Kobe did. And as far as I can remember, it's from Kobe's NIKE commercial when I was young that this one-liner developed. Anyway, thanks for reading!)

Shut you LBJ! Heheh! =) KOBE MVP! (How's that sound?)

(Sorry I'll upload an image here asap...)
